We are looking for a Technical Lead/Principal Software Engineer/Engineering manager who excels at their craft, completely hands-on, and brings fresh ideas from all areas including Multi-tenancy, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, information retrieval, security, UI design, and mobile. 

What you will be doing?

• You will be committed to build & deliver the complete architecture across the full-stack as we continue to innovate and push technology forward.
• Hands-on development/code in MERN stack – Node.js & React.js 
• You design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions in Multi-tiered architecture.
• Convert customer problems/product requirements into technical stories in an Agile/RAD environment.
• Leading a lean but highly talented, independent teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Mentor/Motivate the team and drive the technical development of the product and clear technical roadblocks/impediments for the team.
• Designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing distributed systems in a multi-tenancy architecture.
• With your technical expertise, you own & manage product priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. 
• Must have played a key role in the end to end cloud-based product development lifecycle in the Multi-tenancy model. 

What we need to see:

• B.Tech/M.C.A/M.Tech  in Computer Science/Engineering.
• Overall 8+ years of experience in software development and SDLC methodologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• 5+ years of professional experience in large scale web development
• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Technical Leadership roles, managing teams, and focal point/career/growth planner for the teams.
• Deep Understanding with Cloud Platforms, Networking, TL/SSL, DNS routing etc.,
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required.
• Great problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp, adapt, and work with new emerging technologies with agility and flexibility.
• Good fundamental knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

Technical Skills:

React.js,  Node.js, Restful, Express, Redux, MongoDB, Jenkins, Digital Ocean, Networking, SSL/TLS, Distributed Database Systems, Multi-tenancy architecture, Docker, Agile methodologies.

2. MERN Full-stack Developer

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop web applications using the MERN stack.
• Creating RESTful services with Node.js
• Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience.
• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code
• Be responsive to change requests and feature requests
• Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible
• Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly
• Should be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

What we need to see:

Experience

• 2-3 years minimum in creating complex HTML React-based solutions
• Detail-oriented experience as a Web Developer.
• 1-2 years with Node.js,  Express, React and MongoDB
• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams to communicate design and build ideas effectively
• Experience using asynchronous RESTful services (JSON)

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of the latest HTML/CSS standards and best practices.
• Working knowledge of NPM packages.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and React Framework.
• Working knowledge of Node.js and Express
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code is processed on the client
• Working knowledge of front end optimization and performance techniques
• Obsession with lean, clean and organized front-end code
• Cross-browser development and troubleshooting
• Experience building Responsive websites for web, tablet, and mobile devices

• Good understanding of overall web design including basic usability, accessibility, industry standards, architecture, and navigation
• Portfolio of work required. Include examples of all areas of interaction design (user flows, wireframes, final graphical display)
